NO RISK 14 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGES
If you have ordered the wrong size, you can exchange an item that is not quite right for up to 14 days after buying it.
- The item must not be worn or soiled in any way and must be returned in its original packaging.
- We suggest you try any shoes on a carpeted floor to ensure there is no damage to the sole or shoe prior to return.
- The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.
- To initiate a size swap, contact us by email at: email@example.com for an RMA number. Then mail the item back to us together with the RMA number, your order number, a return satchel and any instructions you have for us.
- You'll be required to pay postage to return the shoes, as well as include a standard Australia Post satchel for us to return your size swap.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM RETURNS
- If an item is found to be damaged or faulty, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your goods.
- Please include a detailed description of the damage and a photograph of the faulty item in your email. (A photo is the quickest, most reliable way for us to assess the damage long distance.)
- Once we've confirmed the item is damaged or faulty, we'll cover the return postage to get that item back to us.
- IndulgeHQ will offer a replacement (with free postage) or a refund.
- If the item is found to be faulty outside 30 days from purchase, you should return it to us at your cost and IndulgeHQ will cover the cost of delivering the replacement item to you.
- Please contact us for an RMA number at: email@example.com.
- If we find there is no fault or damage, we will not approve a replacement or refund and will return it to you. In this case postage will be your expense.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Although this hardly ever happens, sometimes an incorrect item may be posted. In this unlikely event, please let us know and we promise to beat up the person responsible and rectify the problem immediately (at our cost of course).
Cancellations may be requested after your order is placed.
- If your item has already been picked and added to our postal processing queue, we will no longer be able to accept the cancellation.
- You may return any unopened item according to our return policy.
